This is a client recommendation for the sports med clinic CETRO in Belgrano. I recently needed some rebuilding from an injury and the team at this clinic did a great job. It is also one of only three or four places in Buenos Aires where you can get a VO2 max / AT Threshold test done. The cost of the test was A$R650. My last VO2 max test in the US was U$200 and that was 3 years ago!
My doctor is Dr. Pablo Pelegri and he is the Director. In my experience Argentina seems to be about 10 years behind the rest of the world in many things, including sports training knowledge. There are a lot of "coaches" here who are using 10-year old techniques. However, these guys at CETRO are very knowledgeable on the latest clinical sports med trials and applications.
