Hi all, I too am new on this website.. Moved here in January, renting in "Upper Belgrano" where I can bike a little easier (until I get mowed down).. So far I love La Vida here while drinking from the fire hydrant of learning castellano.. Thanks to all for your info & kindness to newcomers.. Jim-the-MadScientist from NC and Calif.
