Gym near Pueyrredon y Las Heras in Recoleta?

Having trouble finding a gym within a few blocks of this intersection. God forbid I actually have to walk far to my gym

There are a couple relatively close to there. There is Megatlon down in Alto Palermo, I use that gym and its really really fantastic and the gym card doubles as a Monedero card to use for the subway and buses. Also there is a gym on Colonel Diaz about 3/4 of a block from Las Heras towards Santa Fe. I've also noticed one on Las Heras the cross street is Sanchez de Bustamante.

There's also a Megatlon on Arenales, near Callao. Based on my use a year ago it is not as nice as the one in Alto Palermo and not open on Sunday; BUT is a bit less expensive.

Lauren, here is some info on prices that I have (in case you need). I just got bought 12 months at WellClub for 2400 pesos (that was cash price and for 2 people ie 4800 in total). Also made inquiries at Megatlon who offered a cool $4300 per person (cash, for 2 people with bonus 2 months). That was a platinum level membership (Alto Palermo etc). I believe that price is slightly higher now also.

A couple of months I got only a 1 month stint at WellClub and paid 360 pesos (cash). I am sure it is a little higher now though (although I dont know). Not sure of the Megatlon monthly price.

Most gyms also do 3 and 6 months depending on what your after.

I paid somewhere around 2600 pesos for just the Alto Palermo Megatlon for 6 months. It was cheaper to go for the platinum pass but only by a few hundred pesos.

I think there's one on French south of Puerreydon, called "Bull's Gym" or something like that. It looked OK.

There's one on Anchorena, somewhere between Juncal and Santa Fe called Boa Forma.

I think the prices where alright at Boa Forma. I don't know about Bull's. Neither of them will be as nice as Megatlon.

Just joined a small, well-equipped neighborhood gym in the vicinity of the Evita Museum. AR$1000 for 3 months. Higher than I expected to pay (about double my membership cost in YVR), but definitely in line with what i've been reading in blog posts this week... and probably less than the cost will be come next quarter.
