So, after yet another strange look on the face of my fellow gym members yesterday over something I said, I have decided that maybe it would be best (and helpful to others) to ask for input. While I could just Google the terms for standard Spanish (What I did in the past) it appears that there are several more common expressions/terms used here instead of the standard ones. If there are any dedicated gym enthusiasts here I would especially appreciate your input.

- Can you spot me?
- Sets ("I have 3 more sets")
- Forced reps
- Cheating (as in cheat reps where you help move the weight up with momentum rather than maintaining strict form)
- Pump (muscle pump)

Names of exercises:
- Curls (preacher curls, isolation curls, etc.)
- Overhead/military press
- Bench press
- incline/decline press
- Dumbell press
- Flys
- Squats
- Deadlifts
- Leg press
- Lunges
- Pulldowns
- Pull ups / Chin ups
- Rows (bent over rows, seated rows, etc.)

Thanks!

P.s. Please add any other useful phrases/names you might think of...
