Harvard leaves Argentina for Uruguay

Harvard's Latin America Research Center (LARC) is or was basically just a couple of offices for present and future neoliberal technocrats, no serious research was going on there. The university hasn't ever really had a major presence in the region. Even its so-called Latin American studies department is named after David Rockefeller, the heir of Chase bank who was also a CIA supporter and a close friend of Kissinger and Videla.
