Has anyone traveld by land from BA to Bolivia-Peru-Columbia

I am not an experienced traveler and I only have a limited amount of time to "plan" my travels before returning to my country of origen. Ideally I will travel fro BA to Cordoba and Salta before making my way through Bolivia to spend time in Peru and ultimately Columbia. Has anyone made this journey and would you please be willing to exchange a few emails with me sharing any suggestions or insights you may have?
