Health insurance - Prices to rise?

I've been busy and not paying attention the news. Someone said that health insurance is going to rise 30% soon. Is this true?

It seems it's going to raise on an average of 15%

In one year :
12-2009 : +12%
04-2010 : +8%
08-2010 : +15%
12-2010 : +15% (?)

And it should raise again soon with a new law about the "prepagas" (extending their obligations towards their clients).

If you reach 36, 61 or 66 years, be ready for an additional raise of +50/+60% as well.

I see....Someone said something about insurance companies being compelled to insure people, no matter age or health. Was that wrong?
