Healthcare Plan For Non Residents?

My temporary residency is probably about to expire, to be honest the only thing I would miss greatly is healthcare cover. Ive visited a few people in hospital and it wasnt pretty. I checked with Accord Salud who said, without residency (even precaria) I have no plan. Does anyone have any suggestions for private healthcare plans for non-residents?

Thanks for the responses, I found out today that I cannot renew my work residency and I am questioning whether it is worth me starting again from scratch. At least knowing the above there is one less downside to being an "extended tourist" for a while again.
