Helium?

Hi all,


I am organising a birthday party and need helium and balloons etc. does anyone know where i can get it from?! I have only been living here a short while and don't have a clue! Near san telmo would be preferred!

Party goods stores here are called "Cotillón". There are a few in every neighborhood. I would start there.

you can rent a helium cylinder in mercadolibre for about $300 and they bring it to your house.
