Hello I Have Some Questions About Getting The Apostille

Hello everyone. I was wondering I am doing the paperwork to become a citizen In Argentina and I got my FBI background check from the US but now I need to get the Apostille to verify it here. To do this I plan on sending it to my Dad in the US to mail in and then once it is done for him to maial it back to me. But the form is a bit confusing as you can see here http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/183033.pdf in the blank that says ¨case type¨ what would I fill in? Does anyone know? Also in the blank to put the address at the top, do I fill in my address in Buenos Aires or would I put my Dad´s address in the US. Thank you

Also, the address up top is where they will send the apostilled document. I used my BA address and they mailed it directly to me. If you want it to go to you Dad, then enter his address.

I have one more question about getting the Apostille for my criminal background in this form http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/183033.pdf in section 3 it says here http://www.state.gov/authentications/c60222.htm to specify the countries origin of use in section 4. I am in Argentina and plan on using it here to get my permanate residency, so would I put Argentina in that blank? Thank you for your help Have a great day.

Also it says in section 3 that I should put a traking number but I dont understand that?

For section 3, I'd suggest sending along a self-addressed, self-enclosed envelope for them to use to send back your documents. In that case, just write "SASE" where it says Delivery Method and leave the rest of that section blank. I had actually enclosed an envelop with tracking number and they didn't end up using it, but it's good to include it in case.
