Hello. I am a canadian visiting buenos aires and my 90 days are almost done. Can anyone please tell me what are the best and worst case scenarios for overstaying the 90 day period.

The best and worst scenarios are the same you pay a fine of $300 pesos when you leave if you overstayed 1 day or 1 year. You can ask for a 90 day extension at Inmigration Downtown at a cost of $300. Even if expired less than 30 days?
.

When you exit the country, just pay 300 peso fee for over stay. Going to the neighboring countries, it would cost more.

Just overtastay as long as you want and when you leave the country pay the fine for now is not a problem do that

The other option of course is to nip over to Colonia for a new stamp. Now is probably not the best time, but if you get a cpl of days fine weather it mightnt be too bad.
