International Digital Marketing Agency is hiring an experienced Technical Account Manager of Advertiser Ad Operations for their growing Buenos Aires office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this role is to provide technical account management and support to clients to enable them to meet their online marketing objectives using Google's DoubleClick technology, including implementation and end user support. This is a technical role in a fast paced, independent, innovative environment, with a strong client services focus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implementing and trafficking media campaigns for North American online advertising clients
-Technical support for advertiser client base
-Online training of clients and occasional on-site training of clients, if required
-Manage short-term and long-term projects
-Technical support for advertiser client base
-Document and track technical issues and processes
-Develop and deliver daily reports to internal and external clients as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-Advanced computer skill: Excel, Internet & HTML (Javascript & Flash an advantage)
-Good business communications English
-Any experience/exposure to online marketing - advantage
-Proven client service experience - essential
-Strong problem-solving and project participation skills
-Ability to learn new skills and internal processes quickly
-Customer-focused work ethic with high standard of service and quality control
-Detail-oriented with effective organization/documentation skills
-Tertiary qualification
