Technical Account Manager: Advertising Operations
Looking for a marketing-minded individual to join our growing team in Buenos Aires. Previous digital marketing experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for a person with the right work ethic and attitude to grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical account management and support to assigned clients
Where appropriate, provide e-Marketing advice and make recommendations to clients on their online marketing strategy
Ongoing technical and product support for clients
Where applicable, completing trafficking projects accurately and on time
Seek ways to improve current technology and business processes
Facilitate information sharing about DoubleClick/ Google technology internally and with clients
Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues as they relate to DoubleClick/ Google technology
Document and track technical issues and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or Marketing
Located in Buenos Aires and staying for at least one year
Proven technical aptitude in HTML
Basic programming understanding and experience
Experience in client services industry
Demonstrated ability to work as both a leader and a team player
Strong problem-solving and project participation skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills - fluent in English/Spanish (a must)
Advanced computer skill: excel, internet, & HTML (Javascript & Flash is an advantage)
Customer-focused work ethic
Detail-oriented with effective organization and documentation skills
