Hotels recommended in Buenos Aires ?

A couple who are close friends of mine will be visiting Buenos Aires from Los Angeles in February or March. They asked me for advice on hotels. Does anyone have any suggestions? They are quite affluent, but they don't like to overspend. And I think they would like interesting neighborhoods that include sites to see.

Family members stayed at Hotel Club Frances in Oct 2023. It is located on Rodriguez Pena between Av. Alvear and Quintana. The neighborhood is upscale, the service/staff were outstanding. The restaurant serves excellent food.

We stayed a couple of days at Maitre Hotel in Las Cañitas last year and found it very quiet and comfortable. Near a bunch of nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well as the polo field and hipódromo, and walking distance from the entrance to both the Parque Rosedal and the Subte D line.
