Do you have an obra social? If so, on the back of the card there's an emergency phone number which you can call and request that a doctor be sent to your home.

Even if you don't have private health insurance, you can still have a doc come to your house for a fee. You can call Medicus at 4129-5300 and request a medico a domicilio. Depending on the severity of your situation s/he will be there in 1-3 hours.
