Capital Federal´s classic old apartments or houses.
I get mixed signals about whether the real estate market has "collapsed". I realize sales volumes have dropped
a lot since the currency problems. However, I looked on Propiedades Reynolds site for apartments for sale in Recoleta. When I looked at the "Reserved" apartments, (sales pending) it appeared the prices were higher than ever. Granted, I only saw the asking price and the article says prices are quite negotiable. But I didn´t get
the impression of a collapse a la 2002 style.
