Are you bored of living in a characterless apartment? I am! It appears that for around the USD 2,500 plus mark, one can rent quite a selection of properties that have a bit of character, decent kitchens (I cook a lot), entertaining space, outside space, in a decent area (I am quite flexible on area as long as it is near entertainment). I would like to find a similarly inclined housemate, preferably female (I am male but can't see myself living with a bloke), age unimportant, education very important etc. Preferably someone who intends to stay long term, but we could do a 3 month trial.
The downside of living with me is that I work from home and I smoke. The upside is I have a car, go out to the campo 4 or 5 days a week. Normally have a bunch of horses and will cook you dinners that can include spice!!!
Any interest? If you can't quite afford half the rent, I'll take the bigger bedroom and we'll work something out.
