How has the high end luxury property market been affected by Black Monday?

I've been asking around in Santa Bárbara, Tigre and some of them are willing to negotiate 15-20% lower than the asking price.

Not enough to kindle my interest yet. Best to wait a bit and see if the new government defaults on their debt. Under a default scenario prices would become interesting again.
