How To Sell Property On Mercadolibre

Tried the search on BAexpats for the title and couldnt find anything likewise title in spanish through google didnt reveal anything. Can someone tell me how it works the commission charged etc. Or maybe if there are better ways to sell property here. We are trying to sell without an agent to begin with.

I think you basically pay for your listing on ML.http://ayuda.mercadolibre.com.ar/ayuda/Costos-de-vender-un-inmueble_869

if you have a Mercado Libre account all you have to do is click on the word "vender" next to your user name, then click on the category "inmuebles" and follow the prompts..

AND/OR: If you click on the link Nikad just provided you will see the various costs of publishing the listing and then you can click on the blue box with the words "publicar ahora" and you will be able to publish your property without cost for 30 days if you don't want to spend any money. There is no commission due upon the sale of the property.
