I want to send money to my family in Bs As, but I shall like for them to receive it in dollars.
They have a small saving account in dollars with the Bank of Galicia
Do anybody knows how to do it?

Wire the dollars into their dollar account. Have them confirm with their bank first.

You can use Xoom. But they have to pick up the U$D in Uruguay. I confirmed this last time I use Xoom here.
In Uruguay they give you U$D. www.xoom.com
