How to solve the New USPS Virtual Post Office Rules?

I've been using EarthClassMail for 10yrs now.. and suddenly they notified me of these new requirments for form 1583 : Delivery of Mail Through Agent.
They require now [2] documents:
1 - A ( US Passport ) <<-- which i have.

AND

2 : one of these <<-- which i dont have.

• Lease
• Mortgage
• Deed of trust
• Voter Registration Card
• Vehicle Registration Card
• Home Insurance Policy
• Vehicle Insurance Policy (must have the policy number and the current policy period

any clever ideas how to resolve this new headache?

A family or friend to be the account owner and your name to be an additional business name? I noticed on my virtual mailbox (different agency) that business names don't require extra documentation like owner names do.

yep that worked. also they allowed my local Argentine signed lease as well using a free online notary they provided.
