well, they were there first.
And Nordelta is not what I would call a "town".
Its a suburb, with lots of lakes, meadows, golf courses, and waterways- why, you almost might describe it as an ideal Carpincho Habitat.
If you watch that vid of how quickly the land was developed, its no surprise.
At least it wasnt the original home of alligators, like most of Florida.
