Summers here, time to fish!

Has anyone used a fishing outfitter to go out into Rio de la Plata?

I have a bunch of names from all the magazines I buy but thought I would first check here to see if anyone had gone out and really enjoyed the service they received.

Then secondly the same question but for Pheasant, Quail hunting in la provincia?
