I need kale recommendation.

I am growing vegetables on my balcony for the quarantine, just in case if a second wave gets really ugly, and I need advice on which variety of kale is richer to grow since I know only one.

Bajo what do you mean exactly by richer to grow? The one that taste the best?

I'm familiar with the 1st and 3rd on that list. Both of them are good for cooking or eating raw. The dinosaur kale is slightly less bitter.

The 2nd on the list I've seen used on plates just as decoration, but have never ate it before.
