If Rosario had become the capital of Argentina, as was proposed (but then vetoed) in 1868, 1869, and 1873, would it have kept "Rosario" as its name or would it have changed its name (e.g. to something like "San Martin" or "Rivadavia")? Would Rosario have more people than it does in real life? And would Rosario have served both as an industrial/port/immigrant/anarchist centre (as it has been in real life) and as a political/administrative centre along the lines of Washington DC, Ottawa, Canberra, Brasilia, etc.?
