I am currently doing some small repairs and fixes around my house. I am working with a guy who was part of the crew when we renovated a house a few years ago. He is mainly an albañil (bricklayer, builder), but is also good at painting and fixing other small stuff. And most of all is a very humble, trustworthy guy.
