The Association of Foreign Entities AEE, for 39 years, is the one that brings together the 20 Communities that participate in this event, over the years the growth of this party, which began with a dinner of few guests, currently it gets to have more than 170,000 people visiting it, during the 45 days that it lasts.
One of the most important and emotional events is the dramatization of the “Symbolic Arrival of Immigrants” to the port, from which members of the Communities and neighbors dressed in period clothes participate, to which theater groups are added.
The festivals are held in large tents installed in the Civic Park of the City of Berisso, with a large artisan fair and food sales stands around them.
The last Saturday of festivals is the queen's choice, in which beauty is not chosen, the choice is based on her being a cultural ambassador. The candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old and be descendants of the ethnic group they represent.
Entrance is free and open.
