Can you help me? I am in Italy and desperately in need of a good Milanesa, preferably fried in yesterday's oil (only Argentine cooking oil will do) accompanied by some lovely pure de batata and a mouth watering bottle of well aged Vasco Viejo. If only I could finish this with a rubbery flan topped off with Coto's best dulce de leche I'd be in heaven. Someone please help. The food here is so bad. These Italians don't know what they're missing.

Even a fool can appreciate the economic context (EU vs mercosur / subsidies etc) and impact on food production and quality....can't they? Can't they....?
