TXT International is an international headhunter focused on the top 5% of the Global executive search market, working with major multi-national clients to help them fill their executive level vacancies. We are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have been operating successfully for the last 8 years. Our clients include many of the world’s most prestigious companies (more than 90% are S&P 500 firms). The strength of our sales proposition, the quality of candidates that we offer, the efficiency of our service and the cost-effectiveness of our solution mean that demand for services is growing strongly and we are looking to recruit recent graduates to join our successful team of consultants.
Successful candidates must be intelligent, professional, outgoing and be able to deliver exceptional service to very demanding clients. No prior recruitment experience is required. Candidates with diverse qualifications in business, communications, marketing, PR, languages or international studies have proven to be very successful in this role.
Please note that this is NOT an internship opportunity. We are looking for candidates who are focused on building a career and making a long term commitment to live and work in Argentina.
For successful candidates we offer an attractive base salary plus highly lucrative international grade commission package, private medical insurance and 3 weeks paid holiday. Relevant and focused on the job training will be provided. We are able to sponsor candidates for Argentine work permits.
