For anyone looking for some different meat options in BA, you'll find them at Oro & Cándido.

In addition to some regular meat dishes with yacaré, ñandú y jabali, you'll also find their empanada gourmet sampler with the three meats.

Yacaré is the whole wheat one, ñandú the lightest, yellowish one, and the jabali in the blue corn casing.

The menu at El Baqueano often includes those kind of things, but it changes according to season and available protein. You might want to call and ask.

I think Phillip meant stores to buy jabali meat, as opposed to other restaurants.

Wish I did Phil, I keep my eyes out but rarely see it. Carrefour has some jabali items, but just fiambres.

Yeah the fiambrias seem to have smoked jabali usually but I was thinking about the carne. Seems like I could put the parrilla to use.

You should contact a hunter´s club, some of their members offers the service of cleaning the fields of jabalis and they sell the meat, normally to restaurants. Regards
