Jewelry And Leather Supply Shops?

Hi all!

Where can I find jewelry supply stores in Buenos Aires? I'm looking for chains, charms, beads, precious stones and macrame. I am also looking for leather material too. Not leather products but I want to buy actual raw leather to make my own stuff. If you know of any places please mention an exact address or at least an intersection with the name of the shop.

For leather and stuff I've heard (from a guy who does repairs) that it's the area around the intersection of Boedo and San Juan, though I've never been myself and could be wrong. Might be a good place to start looking.

There are also other places that stell semiprecious stones etc for making jewelry etc on streets that intersect Lavalle - one in particular has several in a row - but I can't remember for the life of me which ones (Junin/ Riobamba/ Ayacucho maybe?) so I know this is not very helpful.
