We are looking for a business developer who will join the team in our vision of translating our clients goals into digital experiences for their web site visitors. Southern Media holds amongst its core values building relationships of trust, collaboration and respect. The role of this person will be to assist in identifying and growing partnerships with clients from initial contact through to the completed development of the project. The position includes aspects of marketing, administration, and project management.

Roles and responsibilities

Marketing and Sales:
  • Elaborate and send web design proposals

  • Find new leads
  • Close deals
  • Conduct marketing duties as assigned


Project Management:
  • Communicate with clients via e-mail, phone and chat, mostly in English.
  • Delegate tasks between designers and developers
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients
  • Liaise between Southern Media and clients
Administrative:
  • Minor administrative and bookkeeping duties
  • Participate in company marketing strategy and other decisions core to company´s growth

Required Skills


  • University degree
  • Complete mastery of the English language (Native or Fluent; Oral and Written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • 3 to 5 years experience in administrative, sales, marketing or project management position
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced organizational and administrative skills

Preferred Additional Skills


  • Intermediate to advanced level Spanish
  • Knowledge of web design or digital marketing industry
