Roles and responsibilities
Marketing and Sales:
- Elaborate and send web design proposals
- Find new leads
- Close deals
- Conduct marketing duties as assigned
Project Management:
- Communicate with clients via e-mail, phone and chat, mostly in English.
- Delegate tasks between designers and developers
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients
- Liaise between Southern Media and clients
- Minor administrative and bookkeeping duties
- Participate in company marketing strategy and other decisions core to company´s growth
Required Skills
- University degree
- Complete mastery of the English language (Native or Fluent; Oral and Written)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- 3 to 5 years experience in administrative, sales, marketing or project management position
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced organizational and administrative skills
Preferred Additional Skills
- Intermediate to advanced level Spanish
- Knowledge of web design or digital marketing industry
