I'm looking for a quiet apartment for 1 person, NS, quiet ~June 10th.
The ideal apartment would be an old building (thick walls), high floor (luminous), in the back (contrafrente). I need a full kitchen and a clothes washer (dryer not necessary).
I am looking for a place up to 5 months but would like to make the initial contract for one month.
I can pay in pesos here (XOOM rate) or dollars in the US (paypal).
I have rented from two members of this board (two months and three months). References available.
Usually landlords are very happy with me because I don't cause any problems and do minor repairs on my own.
