Kitesurfing in Buenos Aires

You can kite surf on the river here. Just don't fall in the water.
 
I do a bit of windsurfing but not managed to go whilst I've been here. Peru beach is supposedly the place to go, otherwise head over to Uruguay for the weekend.

Is peru beach near the city?

Ajg do you keep an eye on the wind conditions?
 
I have seen allot of wind surfers at Peru Beach. However, at times, you will have to wade through raw sewage to enter the water. Pretty disgusting
I suggest that you Kite Surf in PinaMar or Uruguay, at least there you will have some wave action.
