Hi hi,

This is my first post, very exciting! My name's Lila, from los angeles, came to BA in january but still have barely scratched the surface. v pleased to find a forum like this to chat to yous all about cracking the buenos aires code.

about me: lilabaila2 is actually my standard go-to username since my first forays onto the net way back when, figured it was a good pronunciation guide for my name (it rhymes). i do love to dance, though ironically i'm pretty crap at salsa and have never tried tango - but i did train in irish dancing all through school and college, so it used to make more sense.

also, i actually like the coffee here. heck, i think the store-bought stuff is pretty good, and a cup at a cafe is a real treat! though, of course, being from LA i can't be expected to have a real high standard for fine culture..

ok, where's all the friday-night drinks happening tonight? what category is that thread under - i can never find it.

Maybe there should be some kind of CaféTorradoconAzúcar Anonymous group where we can stand up and confess in front of one another. Instead of holding it in a cold, echoey Church Hall, we should go to a branch of Havanna.
