Just bought some SER skimmed milk - couldn't find any other brands.

Anyhow, it's much creamier than UK or US skimmed, I hardly noticed the jump from leche entera, and it doesn't have that thin look or bluish tint....Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. Supposed to be 0 fat too! Checked the calories and seems to be typical for the type...

I suggest you to buy powdered milk, dissolve the powder with very cold water, some ice cubs will be perfect, mix it energetically, filter and obtain fresh skim milk. The advantage of using the powdered mild is that is doesnt have any drop of antibiotics or conservatives included.

I think skimme milk here has 2% of fat, instead of the 5% that the regular milk has. I am not sure that in Argentina is available 0% fat milk. ANMAT, which is kind of the Argentina's FDA has a customer service phone number open to the public to ask for this kind of information.
