Libraries With Book Rental?

hi,
i'm looking for libraries that have book rental, preferably around recoleta ( i live in las heras 2300ish). I've been to the biblioteca nacional but there its only for reading in the place, not for taking home.

Don't know about libraries here, but I use Mercadolibre and buy the books I want. Since they are in Spanish I can underline words I don't understand, look them up and write the definitions in the margins. Most the books I buy are only 100 pesos or less.

ICANA has a good lending library.
English & Spanish titles. Mostly English.
You can search their catalog on line.
Biblioteca Centro Lincoln. Maipu 672.
They also have a branch in Belgrano,
but I've never been to that one.
