i am moving out soon as I would like to share a flat from the first or second week of april for at least one month.

I'im a German writer and I'll arrive in Buenos Aires to present my book during the Buenos Aires book fair. I'm interested to share your apartment from mid april to mid May.
So, if your announcement is still up to date, please let me know, how much is the rent, size of your apartment, are the expensas included? and is it situated in a silent zone , is the room furnishes etc.
