Looking for a good handyman that speaks at least a little english in Palermo..also a good cleaning company

I need some wood replacement and some basic handyman stuff as the person who was staying for the last year did not maintain and broke shelves and toilet seat etc. Also need a person to come do a deep clean as he was also DIRTY!
Thanks for any suggestions? also may hire both long term to take care of while I travel
