Looking for a housekeeper

Can anyone recommend a really good housekeeper, that cleans well and is trust worthy(at least shows up) and is available 2 times a week.

AND is there on time.....

We live in Palermo Soho...

I live in Palermo Viejo and the most wonderful housekeeper, Ana, has been coming to my place for almost three months now. She is very reliable and thorough; she also cleans our landlord's apartment (he is the one who recommended her), and I have happily passed her information along to a number of friends.
