I'm currently living in Villa Crespo (happily) with friends and would like to find a furnished 1 bdrm apt for myself .
Date: starting in November for 1 year more.
Areas: Villa Crespo, Almagro, Belgrano, Boedo, Bario Norte, etc.
Budget: 6000 pesos maximum including utilities. (depends on the USD exchange rate, I guess)
I'm looking at a few websites and asking many local and international friends for help.
I understand the rental process is challenging here and I lack the garantia, among others, but I'm hopeful that I can find something good.
I'm a reliable, mature tenant and would like to find other trustworthy landlord/lady situation through a personal network.
Any leads would be appreciated!
