Looking For A Movie From Abroad

During casual conversation I mentioned the movie The three lives of Thomasina, which is a popular movie in Italy, usually broadcasted around xmas time. To my surprise, it has never been translated in Spanish and my Argentine family gave me odd looks while I talked with much enthusiasm about it.

The movie is old (1964) and I am looking to buy it online (in streaming or for offline view), but I don't know where and how. I understand you might not want to discuss this in public, and I'd appreciate any help on this.

Of course, I am looking for the original English with English subs. Thanks.

I didn't check MercadoLibre because it never occurred to me that they would import such an old DVD.
Anyway I no longer own a multiregion DVD player, nor a DVD player of sort, too!
