I am looking for a seasoned traveler (preferably from the USA or Canada) -English Speaking a must. Some Spanish preferred, to help with daily operations of a travel agency. I own a small boutique firm and receive a small volume visitors from the USA / Canada year round. Duties include handling the phone, sales, requesting reservations with vendors (hotels, tanguerias, transfers, etc) admin work, making daily bank payments, passenger check-ins, check-outs, preparing welcome material, answering emergency line and many more.
Must work independently, perform well under pressure and with minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, some customer service preferred.
If you have a passion for travel this should be very easy as most of the issues that arise can be handled by applying common sense and your own travel experience. Part time position. Office located on Av 9 de Julio and Cordoba. 3 days a week, 9 hour shifts. (can rotate).
