--About Wideo--
Wideo was born with the vision to help improve the communication of both companies and people. To do this we created an online product to make animated videos without editing skills.

Although Wideo was born 4 years ago and our product has 1.3 million users globally, we still have a spirit of start up. We are constantly looking and facing new challenges, both from the business side as from technological innovation.

Our core values are "We're user centered" and "We f * ckin 'care about people and their happiness" and are guiding the way we conduct our business and how we treat our Wideo team members!

Although it was founded in Silicon Valley, our operations are in Buenos Aires and today our team has about 30 people. Since last year our CEO is in San Francisco, just opened an office in Chile and we have commercial presence in Brazil and South Korea as a strategic market for our global expansion.

What is special about this project?
Wideo aims to be the first Internet company of Argentina recognized worldwide, and we are on way! We were chosen by one of the accelerators major business of Silicon Valley, 500 Start Ups, to participate in one of its editions in 2012. Today the product is growing and we are betting on further professionalize the business, from user experience to distribution. Likewise, in 2015 we launched two new products: Wideo @ Work and AutomaticWideo Generator(Oriented to B2B). --About the position--
The ideal candidate is someone who can help to build and grow B2B inbound marketing strategy from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is very self-motivated and versatile ... and gets stuff done.

Job Description

We are looking for an inbound marketer to manage the English speaking marketing funnel for Wideo. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads into customers, the latter of which Customer Development (Sales) team will help you accomplish.

You will be part of the Revenue Team, comprising of inbound marketers (Spanish and Portuguese), Head of Growth and CBO (Chief Business Officer).

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, videos, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with Customer Development (Sales) team to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Requirements
  • Language skills: English native speaker; Bonus: Spanish working proficiency.
  • Some experience in marketing or blogging (e.g. WordPress) preferred.
  • Post-Secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Bonus skills: experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Time Shift: Full or Part time (negotiable)
Location: Palermo (Buenos Aires) or remotely (negotiable)
