Looking for apt Feb-May

My wife and I are professors at Northern Arizona University in the United States. We are on sabbatical this year and will be in Buenos Aires from Feb. 21-May 21. We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in a nice area, preferably Palermo, but we're open to finding a clean apartment at a reasonable price in another area.
