Looking for Apt in San Telmo Longish-Term

We are a couple looking for a nice apartment in San Telmo starting February 3rd and going at least 3 months—possibly up to a year if we like it. It needs to be relatively new or recycled (because of mold allergies), have high speed internet with an accessible modem (no building-wide wifi) and be at least 60m2. Up to $1100/US.
