Looking For Bluegrass &/or Gospel Pickers And Sangers

Hi, y'all!

My wife has been hearing me wander around the house singing "Beyond The Sunset" and "I'll Fly Away." She has strongly supported me in pursuing this. Her last comment was "You must have friends that you can sing with .... at their house, right?

She especially thinks highly of my spoons practice. That never fails to stop her right where she is standing. I don't think she had those in Brasil.

Are there any other pickers, twangers, strummers, and sangers here?,

Perhaps we could get together and annoy the neighborhood dogs? My dream is to ride the buses one Saturday and sing gospel harmony for spare change! LOL!

Relatedly, I'd be interested in a second-hand mandolin, fiddle, or Uke if anyone has these collecting dust. I got the spoons.

I can't say I have any professional experience singing bluegrass but if it's just for a good time I'd love to join! I'm pretty good at singing harmonies.
