Looking For Civil Engineer Work

Any one in BA expats a civil engineer in BA? Or know any one that has connections to a company that has civil engineers?

I am an Electrical Engineer and I saw some jobs ad on General Electric's website. So far, I have never tried to look for a job as an engineer here, because I am not fluent in Spanish and not yet a resident.
In what area of civil engineering do you work? That might help you locate the major companies in your trade.

For example, I worked in power plants and so I looked up on a worldwide database of plant where are the power plants in Argentina and what companies run them. This way I was able to look up directly on the company website for relevant jobs.
