Looking For Foldable Stairs Of Wood Or Metal Made To Order

We have a second floor loft that we are currently using a ladder to access and want to put in foldable stairs--can be made out of wood or metal, but it needs to be affordable.
Any recomendations for a good "herrero" or "carpintero" in the south of the city? We are in San Telmo. I have some recs but they are all based in the northern suburbs, and they need to come here to see the set up.
