Looking for house cleaner

hello.

I am looking for a house cleaner 1 day a week right now but will increase to 2 days next month. I can pay up to 30 pesos an hour which I believe is still the going rate.

I live in Centro.. and it's up 3 flights of stairs

If you have a recommendation of someone that is reliable, trustworthy and does good work I am looking for them to start as soon as possible

What is the going rate? I might have to raise a salary (I´m paying mine $30 the hour).

$30 is a good rate. Local people pay much less than this, 20-25.

Yeah, $30 is the going rate.
I paid my previous lady $20 about 3 months ago, I just got a new one and she charges $30.

I have some leads thanks to this group but i am still looking if you know of someone looking for work. Also i wanted to point out that I live on the 3rd floor and do NOT have an elevator so it may be difficult for some with physical restrictions.
